Heritage Exchange LLC buys, sells, and trades collectible trading cards, including Pokémon, One Piece, and Magic: The Gathering.

Returns and refund requests

Customers may request a return or refund if an item arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or if an incorrect item was delivered. Please contact Heritage Exchange LLC with your order details and photos, where applicable, so the issue can be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Condition and authenticity

Trading cards vary in condition and value. Item descriptions and disclosed condition are part of the purchase. If a card is materially misdescribed or has an authenticity issue, please contact us to request a resolution.

Trades and purchases from customers

Terms for card trades and cards purchased from customers are agreed upon at the time of each transaction. Any rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Refund processing

Approved refunds for card purchases will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
